Its not that hard. I made the background with the line and filling tool. The abstract things behind Scootaloo are some C4Ds (didnt find them on dA). I used the curve tool to let them appear in one colour. Then i changed the hue and saturation. Put the vector on it, add some shadows, gradients and a text and youre done. :)

You must save this Wallpaper in PNG.
Because your quality in Jpeg is not good, I see some pixels.

But it's original. Nice job.

Yeah the thing is, if you use a .png as wallpaper, it will look even worse than a .jpeg because Windows lowers the quality. :/ Thats because i upload every wallpaper as a .jpeg.

I know, justly is for this that I made my Wallpapers in PNG and Jpeg :meow:.
But you cannot upping the quality of the Jpeg when you save him ?
